This 45 minute reformer workout will work your full body, starting with a lot of core and abdominal work, moving into some upper body strength, then working the legs and glutes and finishing with legs in straps. My workouts are designed to be a workout, where you feel the burn and possibly sweat. I like to make the workouts challenging for anyone that is watching, but I give variations, if needed and always suggest to take a break if you get tired or can't do all the repetitions.
