Dough:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup semolina
1 tsp milk powder
1 tsp yeast
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup warm milk
vanilla paste
Warm water

Filling:
200g walnuts
1 1/2 tbsp demerara sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Fry with vegetable oil
