Most people don't train in all different planes of motion, even though in life we use all those different planes of motion.
One way to make a simple addition to your training is to add lateral (side) lunges and transverse (diagonal lunges/cossak squats).
I break down the form with Kelsey, and some suggestions on how to regress the movements if you need to.
