Get STRONG & FIT with ME! Grab your kettlebells for a full body 30 min kettlebell strength session. A quick Warm Up and Cool Down included in this no repeats full body kettlebell workout. This workout is suitable for ALL, it will challenge balance, stability and strength! 💪🏼

I recommend adding this workout to your routine if you're looking to build lean muscle mass and strength over time.

🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you. Use the weight as a guide when you might need to change the weights depending on the exercise. You can use dumbbells if you don't have kettlebells.

Warm Up - 3 Mins, 30 seconds on
Main Workout - 17 exercises working 60 seconds on, 30 seconds off
Cool Down - 3 Mins, 30 seconds on
