Hello everyone, today's All STANDING workout has no floor exercises and is suitable for kettlebell users with exercise experience. In this 30 Min Lower Body Kettlebell Workout we are focusing on the quads, glutes, hamstrings and calves. There are no repeats of any kettlebell exercises in this session. 💪🏼
I recommend adding this workout to your routine if you're looking to build lean muscle mass and strength over time.☺️

In this workout you will need 2 kettlebells of the same weight. However the exercises can be done with 1 kettlebell if you don't have 2.

Workout Description: 20 Exercises, 60 Secs on, 30 Secs off
