🍇 recipes:
chocolate granola: 2 cups oats, 1 cup puffed quinoa, salt, 4 tbsp cacao powder, 1 cup chopped almonds, 1/3 cup each of olive oil, sugar beet syrup and peanut butter. bake at 170°c for 25 minutes. ½ cup pumpkin seeds (after baking).

lemon tahini dressing: 1 tbsp tahini, ½ lemon, salt, pepper, water to thin

lentil curry: 2 onions, 1 piece of ginger, 2 handfuls brussels sprouts (finely sliced), 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp red curry paste, salt, pepper, turmeric, 1 can coconut milk, 1 cup soaked red lentils, ½ can water. cook for 10 minutes.

porridge base: ½ cup oats, 1 cup soy milk, ½ cup water, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp soy yogurt (stir in after cooking)

harissa tofu: 1 tsp harissa (mine is very spicy, use more if you want), 1 tbsp olive oil, pinch of salt

quinoa salad dressing: 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp dijon mustard, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, oregano, 1 tsp water to thin

hummus: 1 cup dry chickpeas, soaked and cooked (or 2 jars of chickpeas), ½ cup tahini, 1 lemon, 1 tsp cumin, salt, pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, 2/3 cup cold water, 3 ice cubes

roasted cauliflower & chickpeas: 1/2 head of cauliflower, 1 can of chickpeas, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 tsp curry, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric. roast at 170°C for 30-35 minutes

soba noodle sauce: 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp miso paste, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, black pepper, salt, ¼ cup pasta water

roasted carrots: maple syrup, olive oil, salt, fresh rosemary
