This reformer workout is full body, starting off with some footwork then moving on to some abs and arms and finishing the workout off with everyones favorite, GLUTES. No props are needed, though if you have a yoga block or pillow for your head when doing side lying glute work, I would recommend. These classes are meant to be a workout where you feel the burn, feel stronger and feel amazing after the workout.
