If you're looking for an intense shoulder workout you can do at home using only bands, this is the workout for you!

This is one of my personal workouts, and I do these shoulder exercises each and every week, and I can tell you from experience that this one will build your shoulder muscles, help you to get more defined muscle definition, and give your delts that 3D pop!

The workout is fairly simple, with only 6 exercises, it should take you around 30 minutes to complete. We are going to work all heads of the shoulder muscle, the anterior delt, the medial delt, and the posterior or rear delt muscles.

I've designed this workout to use only bands and minimal equipment, so that you can do this workout no matter where you are, and still get a great shoulder pump!

Exercise List:
1. Banded Lateral Raise [2 sets | 10 Reps + Rest/Pause Set]

2. Resistance Band Seated Shoulder Press [3 sets | 8-10 Reps ]

3. Banded Standing Arnold Press [2 sets | 10 Reps + Rest/Pause Set]

4. Resistance Band Incline Press [3 sets | 8-10 Reps]

5. Band Pull Aparts [4 Sets | 8-10 Reps]

6. Banded Rear Delt Overhead Press [2 Sets | 20 Reps]

How to do a Rest/Pause Set.
Here's the breakdown for a single Rest/Pause Set
Use the top weight or resistance level from your previous set.
Do 3 mini-sets like this:
1. Get as many reps as you can until failure
2. Rest for 15 deep breaths
3. Another mini-set doing reps until failure.
4. Rest for 15 deep breaths
5. One final mini-set doing reps until failure
