Runners Stretch Left / 30 sec.
Back Thigh Stretch Right / 30 sec.
Runners Stretch Right / 30 sec.
Back Thigh Stretch Left / 30 sec.
Cross Legs With Forward Fold Right / 30 sec.
Cross Legs With Forward Fold Left / 30 sec.
Forward Fold With Hands Behind Back / 30 sec.
Sumo Squat Twists / 30 sec.
