如果患上柏金遜症,其實都有非手術及非藥物方法可以舒緩病徵!這就是用食療及運動方法來幫助。研究發現多食維他命B2,減少鐵質吸收及吃含有金合歡醇的食物,例如草莓、藍莓、蕃茄、香茅等都有助改善病徵。另外運動也非常重要,一定要做較大動作的伸展運動,令到全身體都可以放鬆。另外亦會教如何鍛鍊平衡力的動作,因為平衡力好就減少患者會跌倒。Dr. Joe 會教大家8招運動方法去幫助這個情況。如果做的時候又痛又不舒服就要停,不要勉強!
