Let's be real...there are days when we just don't feel like working out, and would rather find every excuse in the book. So, how about 15 minutes of Reformer Pilates? This is a full body workout of all my favorite go-to exercises when I know I will feel better once I have moved around. It really can set you up for a productive day with the permission of giving yourself a short, quick workout.
