Ingredients:-
- Caramel -
150g Sugar
90g Water

- Taro Custard /Flan -
200g Taro
200g Coconut Milk
100g Palm Sugar
10g Shallot Fried Oil / Canola Oil
3 Whole Egg
Pinch of salt

- Chiffon Cake -
4 Egg York
50g Coconut Milk
50g Milk
60g Canola Oil
80g Cake Flour
10g Cornstarch
50g Taro
1tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of salt
(Meringue)
4 Egg White
70g Sugar
1tsp Cream of Tartar

- Topping -
Shallot Fried
Taro Pandan Leaf

🌸 Pan size 21cm x 21cm x 5cm
🌸 Bake in preheat oven at 160°c for 45 – 60 minutes
