EP21 - Defending Yourself After A Punch In Boxing | Boxing Training, Technique & Drills

Описание к видео EP21 - Defending Yourself After A Punch In Boxing | Boxing Training, Technique & Drills

It is okay to sometimes have defense without offense, however you should never have offense without defense. In this episode of Pullmanomics, professional boxing trainer John Pullman will go over defending yourself after you punch. This is a very important thing to do to make sure all your grounds are covered. Today specifically we will cover how to defend ourselves after the jab. We'll go over using footwork, slips, rolls, blocking and mixing up your defense after your opponent throws a jab.

Although todays video is demonstrated in the southpaw stance, it is very similar to defend yourself in the right handed stance.
