• Mobilizes the myofascial structures of the Deep Front Line around the pelvis and in the thorax

In addition, Standing Windmill:
• Three-dimensional mobilization of the spine and ribs
• Stimulates glide within the myofascial origami of the abdominals
• Stimulates stability and glide within and around the shoulders
• Actively lengthening and strengthening deep back muscles
• Actively lengthening and strengthening the Spiral Line in concert with the Back Arm Lines
