This is a 45 minute pilates reformer jump board workout. This workout is a full body workout that will get your heart rate lifted, get you sweating and your legs feeling stronger. I added in some arms and abs throughout the workout to give your body a breather from jumping. The workout finishes with legs in straps, to give you a nice stretch and cool down at the end. This pilates reformer home workout is a low impact cardio workout that is easy on the joints. Not sure how to use a pilates reformer or what a pilates jumpboard is, then follow on in this workout as I take you step by step through an amazing and challenging workout that you don't have to think about. This is similar to a pilates studio class but in the comfort of your own home.
