This guided stretching program is ideal for runners and anybody who suffers from stiff hips after a workout. We'll hold each static stretch for roughly 30 seconds, for a total of 10 minutes, focusing on some of the most common tight spots for runners. A short guided follow-along flexibility routine for runners comprising stretches and exercises to increase quad, hip flexor, calve, and hamstring mobility is presented in this video.
