If you're new to Pilates and do not currently struggle with any special conditions, this is the abdominal workout for YOU! Please note, if you're a postpartum mama, dealing with diastisis recti, please avoid as certain movements can aggravate the condition.

Feel those abs contract so hard, you won't even think it was possible! PLEASE NOTE: I DO cater to each client's needs appropriately. These are just a few of my favorites for the able client. Movement is modified or progressed accordingly. :-)
