I used to work as a chef in grand hotel and ran a restaurant.
I’ve been studying food my whole life. Now I'd like to share with you all the food I've learned throughout my life from different cuisines, famous & lost dishes.
I try to reduce sugar, salt, and oil; present it innovatively & easily, so I hope that everyone can make these delicacies and that you will enjoy my channel!
